These Terms of Service govern your use of CV Bank Builder, operated by Echelon Edge Consult (“CV Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using CV Bank Builder, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
CV Bank Builder is an online career-document tool that allows users to create, edit, review, save, format and download CVs and related career documents. Features may include templates, automated assistance, AI-supported drafting or review, local browser storage and document export.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter. You must not use the service to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, violate intellectual-property rights, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
3. AI-Assisted Features
Automated or AI-assisted suggestions are drafting and presentation aids. You are responsible for reviewing your CV before using it. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, admissions, recruitment outcomes or compatibility with every applicant-tracking system.
4. Saving and Storage
Features such as My Recent CVs may store CV information locally in your browser. Local information can become unavailable if browser data is cleared, a different browser or device is used, or private browsing is used. Keep your own copies of important documents.
5. Payments and Access
Prices and paid-access conditions are displayed before payment. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Paystack. CV Bank Builder does not store full payment-card details. Successful payment unlocks the access described at checkout.
6. Refunds
If you are charged but paid access is not supplied because of a verified technical or payment-processing issue, contact us with your transaction reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or provide a refund. Refunds are not normally provided solely because a user changes their mind after paid digital access or downloads have been supplied, except where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The CV Bank Builder software, branding, interface and original materials are owned by or licensed to Echelon Edge Consult. You remain responsible for the content you provide and any third-party rights that apply to it.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable and secure service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be maintained, updated or modified when reasonably necessary.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Echelon Edge Consult is not responsible for indirect losses or employment decisions made by third parties based on documents created using the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
