Features such as My Recent CVs may save CV information locally in your browser on your device. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or browsers, or using private browsing may remove or prevent access to locally stored CVs.

Information is used as reasonably necessary to provide CV creation, editing, preview, review, document generation, customer support, payment verification, security and service-improvement functions. Where AI-assisted features are requested, relevant CV content may be processed to provide the requested function.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack. Those providers may collect information necessary to process and verify transactions. CV Bank Builder does not store your full card details.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service, process payments, provide requested technical features, maintain security, comply with law or protect legal rights.

Locally saved CVs remain subject to your browser and device storage. Other information processed by us is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or legitimate business records.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and request correction or deletion where appropriate. Locally stored CVs can be removed through My Recent CVs or relevant browser controls.

CV Bank Builder may use third-party infrastructure, payment and technology services. Those providers may process limited information needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
